About Archives Hub Travel & Exploration visulisation Tool
This tool search for the travel/exploration journey of particular person or organisation from the Archives Hub Linked Data
Where subject = 'travel' or 'exploration' and extract the places. Then these places would be plotted on a map and provide the link
to browse the data in different formats such as HTML, RDF/XML, JSON, and Turtle.
These tool also linked to Images from The National Archives on Flickr Commons. When user click on the
particular place the tool search for the images from the The National Archives on Flickr Commons and display first 100 images related
to the place that are privoded by The National Archieves UK
How to Use the Tool
First click on the Following link.

The page provide list of Id's of the person/organisation in a drop down list.
Select id from the list (For example select id:gb102ms193299)
When the ID is selected tool display the Travel/Exploration journey of the selected id on the Google Map
as shown in the Fig. 1 below.

When the user click on the pin point on Map tool perform two tasks first is pop window show the Place name, person/organisation detail, date
(time interval during which the archival resource was created or accumulated), and provide link to Browse Data Source in to different format (HTML, RDF/XML, JSON, Turtle).
The pop will be shown like
Fig. 2 below.

The tool also perform second task to linked the The National Archieves UK images related to particular place as shown in the Fig. 3 below.

For certain places if the images not available then it will display empty frame with the messages for example "Hong Kong No Photos Found".
